Enoch Teo (28) is a Singaporean chef, as well as the owner of the Garçons casual French cuisine chain.
His professional career as a chef began at a zi char hawker stall when he was just 15 years old. Since then, Enoch has gained more than 12 years of culinary experience. During his culinary journey, and before founding Garçons, he had the opportunity to work at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant Les Amis, as well as Restaurant Andre.
